A small beta for everyday moments
These terms apply to the Vlogmi social app operated by Vlogmi Corporation. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. This beta is for adults 18 and older. Features may change, uploads may fail, and testing builds may expire. Keep your own copy of anything important. Contact luke@vlogmi.com for help.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your password private. Do not impersonate someone else or use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for what you share through your account.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, and other content. You give Vlogmi permission to store, process, resize, and display it as needed to operate the app according to your sharing choices. Only post content you have the right to share, and respect other people’s privacy and consent. This permission ends when your content is removed, except for restricted backups and records described in the Privacy policy.
Community rules
Do not post sexual exploitation or abuse, pornography, threats, harassment, hate targeting protected groups, real-world graphic violence, private information shared without permission, illegal material, scams, spam, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not evade blocks, interfere with the service, or try to access private content without permission. Fictional video-game action, including zombies, fictional blood and in-game deaths, is allowed. Ordinary non-graphic discussion of death, grief, or difficult experiences and harmless figurative language are allowed. Actual threats, encouragement of self-harm, targeted abuse, and other prohibited content remain disallowed even when included in a gameplay post. These rules apply to profiles, photos, videos, captions, decorations, comments, direct and group messages, group names and group images.
Reporting and enforcement
Use Report post or Report account from the three-dot menu, or hold a comment or received message and choose Report. You can also email luke@vlogmi.com. You can also block an account. We review beta reports daily, may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, and can be contacted at the same email if you think we made a mistake. Settings → Account status shows review updates, restrictions and appeal information. Suspended accounts can still contact support and delete their account. This service is not monitored for emergencies; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Checks before posting
Posts undergo automatic screening of images, sampled video frames, captions and decorations. Posts that pass are published automatically. Checks for new or changed profile pictures, banners, group images, names, usernames, bios, comments and replies are being rolled out in updated versions of the app. Some flagged posts may receive a second automated review for context. Posts rejected after the applicable checks remain unpublished, and you can contact support if you think a decision is wrong. If screening cannot finish, your post remains unpublished and you can retry. These checks are limited and do not replace the community rules or reporting tools.
Leaving the beta
You can stop using Vlogmi at any time and delete your account in App settings. The Privacy policy explains cleanup and retained records. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required.
